Welcome to Stream Factory ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our cloud-based streaming platform service ("Service") available at unireplay.com and related applications.

Stream Factory is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables content creators to broadcast pre-recorded video content as live streams on platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Service, including both free trial and paid subscribers.

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Service.

  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and access times for security and debugging purposes.
  • Device Information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and browser settings.
  • Stream Metrics: Technical metrics including bitrate, frame rates, and stream health status for service reliability.

2.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect your streaming platform accounts (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook), we receive certain information as authorized by you during the OAuth authentication process. This information is detailed in Section 4 below.

  • To monitor stream health and provide automatic recovery

What We Do NOT Do With Your Data

4. YouTube API Services

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Stream Factory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.1 YouTube Data We Access

When you connect your YouTube account via OAuth 2.0, we request access to the following scopes with your explicit consent:

  • youtube.readonly: To read your channel information and verify account ownership.
  • youtube.force-ssl: To create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf.
  • youtube.upload: To manage stream configurations (not for video uploads).

4.2 How We Use YouTube Data

YouTube data is used exclusively for:

  • Creating and configuring live broadcasts on your YouTube channel
  • Managing stream keys and RTMP configurations
  • Monitoring broadcast status and health
  • Displaying your channel information in our dashboard

4.3 YouTube Data Protection

Our Commitments Regarding YouTube Data:

  • We NEVER send your YouTube data to any AI, machine learning, or automated analysis systems
  • We NEVER share your YouTube credentials or channel data with third parties
  • We NEVER use your YouTube data for purposes other than providing our streaming service
  • We NEVER sell, rent, or lease your YouTube data to anyone
  • We NEVER use your YouTube data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Access tokens are automatically refreshed and old tokens are invalidated

4.4 Revoking YouTube Access

You can revoke Stream Factory's access to your YouTube account at any time:

Upon revocation, we will delete your YouTube OAuth tokens and cease accessing your YouTube data. Any active streams to YouTube will be terminated.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stream Factory does not store, process, or have access to your complete credit card numbers.

  • Subscription plan and pricing information
  • Payment method details (collected directly by Stripe)

5.2 What We Receive from Stripe

  • Stripe Customer ID (for subscription management)

  • Last 4 digits of your payment card (for display purposes only)
  • Payment success/failure status
  • Invoice and receipt information

6.1 Infrastructure Provider

Stream Factory's infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH ("Hetzner") servers located in the European Union (primarily Germany and Finland). Hetzner is a German hosting company that adheres to strict European data protection standards.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted to and from our Service uses TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data including OAuth tokens and stream keys are encrypted using AES-256.
  • Password Security: User passwords are hashed using Argon2id with industry-recommended parameters.
  • Access Controls: Role-based access control and principle of least privilege for all systems.
  • Network Security: Firewalls, DDoS protection via Cloudflare, and private network isolation.
  • Monitoring: 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and automated security alerting.
  • Regular Updates: Automated security patching and dependency updates.

6.3 Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request.
  • Video Content: Deleted immediately upon your request or 30 days after account termination.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and then anonymized.
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
  • Support Communications: Retained for 2 years for quality assurance.

  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics

Stream Factory primarily processes data within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, some of our service providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
